Joseph A. Molinaro established his own firm in 1999, following five years in private practice working with and learning from others. Over the years the firm has grown but the practice areas have become more focused.

While we have substantial general business experience, we continue the pursuit of creditors rights issues including debt collection and business litigation. Our service area includes all but the most southern counties within the State of New Jersey.

Unlike larger creditors' rights firms, where your information is simply keyed in by data entry clerks, Mr. Molinaro personally reviews, analyzes, investigates and makes recommendations upon each claim presented. While we pride ourselves on the competency and proficiency of our support staff, there simply is no substitute for having the eyes of a trained litigator reviewing each claim.
